Course Description
The QUALIFI Level 7 Diploma in Psychology is the most suitable options for those, with a three or four years bachelor degree, having the working experience in a non specialised medical field or Psychology in general but lacking a relevant qualification to start their career as a psychologist in Canada through the Express Entry or Skilled mmigration; and now want a WES recognised Postgraduate (PG) diploma in the field of psychology. This diploma takes the immigration applicants in “Two or more Degree/Certificates” category in their ECA.

Assessment
This course is assessed through 100% coursework with a range of methods, such as essays, research reports, presentations, group work and practical reports.
Entry Requirements
To apply for this qualification applicants must have to meet one of the following criteria:
- Level 5 or level 6 diploma in the relevant field.
- Four year Bachelor’s degree or a 3 years Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline.
- Applicants with a non-relevant previous qualification but with a relevant work experience can also join this qualification as an experienced learner (subject to passing an interview conducted by the CGL admissions team).
- We welcome applications from international students. If your first language is not English you will be expected to have overall IELTS 6 (with at least 5.5 in each component). You may be exempt from providing evidence of English language proficiency if you have gained your previous qualification from an English Speaking university or awarding body.
- All applications are considered on an individual basis. Applicants may be invited to an interview, either on campus at CGL or online, as part of the application process.
